This week’s coloring page features Devons-nous encore construire une grande cathédrale? (Should We Construct Another Cathedral?) (1991), an installation by Huang Yong Ping, founder of the avant-garde group Xiamen Dada.
“Drawing each of the splatters and tatters of the table made me feel like I had stumbled into the aftermath of a wild dinner party or book club gathering,” says Erik L. Peterson, who drew this and other Allure of Coloring sheets. “Feel free to use straws to blow colorful ink around, do some splatter painting, or color your sheet and then run it through the washing machine like Huang might have done!”
